Full Narrative

In summer 2024, I was unable to enter my password after I entered my username. I tried to enter my password for several weeks to no avail. I typed someone else's name as a username where the site would allow me to enter a password. Seeing that the issue was not going to be resolved over the phone because the user could not replicate the issue, even after multiple discussions, I drove to the USAA office in Annapolis, Maryland. The office assists USAA investments but agreed to assist me. The staff member typed my username and experienced the same problem I did. Unable to resolve the issue locally, she contacted USAA technical assistance who ultimately resolved the matter by pushing a fix allowing me to enter my username. I had never had a problem entering my username. This was targeted interference with my specific account.
