In summer 2024, I signed up with Cox cable and received a box containing the modem. I went on errands afterward, making several stops. Returning to my apartment, I opened the trunk to see that the box had been opened. It cannot open when sliding in the trunk. Someone has to physically open the box for the flap to be raised. My trunk had been accessed while I was away, and the contents examined. Cox confirmed.
