During summer 2024, I drove from the Fairfax County building to my esthetician for a facial. I noticed a unknown vehicle following me. I took evasive maneuvers to test the driver. I exited at the last minute—the vehicle exited at the last minute. I moved into a lane at the last minute—it moved into a lane at the last minute. To drop the vehicle, I took a right turn at the last minute. The precision was undeniable—this was deliberate surveillance. I reported this incident to the Fairfax County police.
