In October/November 2024 I noticed an unsually high usage rate of apps I barely used at times I didn’t access the phone. This was particularly the case to communication related apps to monitor me. The EVOO app is Vietnam’s equivalent to What’s app. It is sensitive to possible interference. The app suspended my usage within days of signing up due to suspicious activity. I tried to use the app on my new Samsung phone but ended no longer using it.
