Full Narrative

On November 4 or 6, 2024, I turned on the non-smart television as soon as I entered my new Ho Chi Minh City apartment. At the beginning the color and pixelation was fine. No issues. Within minutes the screen changed from clear to the three primary colors going out of sync. One could clearly hear the sounds but was unable to clearly see the screen. I requested the apartment office provide me another non-smart television. They provided one from another unit within one week. It too turned on with clear colors. It too changed right before our eyes. This time, the television split in two and had color clarity issues. Appeared that WiFi stick enabled a user to manipulate the television. I was unable to watch television the entire time I lived in that apartment. Although not the same, this is reminiscent of television manipulation I experienced while residing in Virginia. Even a fresh start in a new country couldn't escape the same pattern of device compromise.
