Full Narrative

In August 2024, I went to a concert at the Grist Mill. I had placed my hair scrunchies on top of other items in the console. Upon returning to the car I noticed they had been moved. Even during a concert outing, my vehicle was being accessed. There was no activity, no location where I could leave my car secure.
