In October/November 2024 I contacted Apple technical support to discuss my new phone. My wi-fi jammed twice only to talk to a person after calling the third time. Recognizing the person as the same lady I spoke to the only two times I have called Apple; a business imposter. She was the same person who stole my new I-Phone’s serical number. I ended the call. Apple sent me an email they couldn’t not speak to me. Apple later stated one never talks to the same phone representative.
