Vero Beach: Local Restaurant Surveillance (December 2025) 

A friend and I went to a local restaurant for a late lunch. The place was pretty empty as it was after lunch hours. An intelligence operative sitting close to us placed his phone directly at us, took a photo/video, and then stayed with us. He had already finished his meal yet wanted to stay and listen to our conversation.
