Full Narrative

On June 18, 2024, we had not seen each other for 1.5 years. I saw him walking with a lady. He placed his head down holding her close running by me. Confused, I turned around running toward him to confirm I did see him. Correct. I did not talk to him. I did not go near him. Instead, I returned to my car and called people to talk about the interaction. He behaved cowardly and evasively to a normal everyday interaction. Shortly thereafter the passive surveillance and interference became daily activities and rampant abuse. This encounter marked the escalation point—after 18 months of no contact, seeing him triggered an immediate intensification of stalking.
