Ho Chi Minh City Hotel: Unusually High App Usage and an App Lock-out (October to November 2024 ) 

An unusually high usage rate of apps I barely used at times I didn’t access the phone. Especially monitoring apps.  Vietnam app “EVOO” (equivalent to What’s app) is sensitive to interference. The app suspended my usage within days of signing up due to suspicious activity. I could not use it on Vietnamese purchase phone.
