Ho Chi Minh City Apartment: Television Color Manipulation (November 2024)

I turned on the non-smart television as soon as I entered my new apartment. What started as normal color and pixelation quickly turned into a screen with the screen changed going from clear to the three primary colors going out of sync. Sounds clear.  Screen scrambled.  The apartment office provided another television with the same specs later in the week.  It too changed before my eyes.  The screen split in two and had color clarity issues. Intelligence operatives manipulated the television.  I never watched television during my stay.
