Bra Bag Damaged, Underwear Displayed (January 2025)

The cleaning staff returned my bra bag damaged; zipper broken. They refused to accept responsibility. I notified the manager of the broken bag only for staff to leave my orange underwear for all the tenants to see. Intimidation.
