Ho Chi Minh City Apartment: Internet Heavily Monitored (November 2024 to April 2025)

The day I moved into the apartment was the first day I saw internet manipulation.  It continued until I left.  Battery usage and visual changes.  I requested my own line after the first day only to experience my monitoring.  Dial-up speed due to the high number of intelligence operatives surveilling me.  Many times pages timed out.  Sometimes could not watch streaming services.  The Vietnamese government owns all the internet lines enabling surveillance and monitoring without notification.
