Fairfax County: Local Library Thumb Drive Surveillance (December 2025) 

I worked on a journal related document at the local library from mid-morning until its closing at 9 pm. Library patrons came and went throughout the day. However, there was one particular intelligence operative who stayed with me until the library closed. Why? He wanted to see where I placed my thumb drive in my back pack. Why? An intelligence operative later broke into that pocket, stole that thumb drive, replaced with it with a replica, and now has the original.
