Full Narrative

In summer 2024, one day I picked up a package at the outside parcel pick-up machine. I returned to my car through the electric side fence. I noticed a short (approximately 5'7) Black lean man. He was wearing a t-shirt and pants that reached his calf. Before he noticed me he walked nonchalantly. Then, he looked up and saw me. His eyes widened extensively. Lips pursed. Body tightened. Next thing I know he ran away from me in the exact opposite location to the end of the apartment leasing office and then took a sudden turn to the right to run down the street. He was running a 100-meter dash. I followed him less slowly where I soon looked down the street to see where he continued to run. Very soon, he was a quarter of a mile away from me. He seemed to be surprised to see and even more scared to be around me. That man recognized me and wanted no conversations. No remembrances. His panicked flight suggested he was part of the surveillance operation and had been caught where he shouldn't be.
