In summer/fall 2024, I spoke to a career coach about volunteering while living in Vietnam. At the end of the session I picked up my phone (brand new Samsung) to see the green dot of a hacker viewing and listening to our conversation. The dot quickly disappeared. Even a brand-new device on a private coaching call was actively surveilled.
