Full Narrative
In summer 2024, after not using the phone for almost one month I decided to turn it on and configure it. The first thing I did was to turn off sharing location as it had enabled someone to track me. Within 2 hours I received a 1-800 call from an unknown caller. I answered the call saying hello. The person on the other end did not speak. I heard a chair being moved and a person also moving. I disconnected the call. As soon as I did sharing location turned on remotely and became the default right before my eyes. Someone screen-printed a text I sent to a friend discussing the person I formerly had a long-term relationship with. Texting back-up had been remotely turned off from February through the summer. All my contacts had been removed. The immediate response to disabling location—a silent call followed by remote re-enabling—was a demonstration of control and a warning that I was being actively monitored.
