I borrowed an apartment leasing staff's phone to make calls as mine was compromised. I called SimpliSafe's phone number on its website to cancel my service instead of the phone number provided to me when I started service. I told the person I was going to cancel service. Suddenly my WiFi signal jammed forcing the call to end. I called the number again to receive a clear connection to cancel the service. A business impersonator. A intelligence operative.
