Event 118: Alexandria: VPN Access Lockout (July 2024)

I tried to access my VPN account at a medical office. The VPN access icon is red (fail) or green (pass). In this instance, the icon was gray which meant it was frozen. I repeatedly tried to access VPN to no avail. I turned off the computer. I deleted and downloaded the app again. This had never happened before. I was unable to use my VPN account.
