Event 107: Alexandria: Vehicle Followed by Unknown Vehicle (Summer 2024)

I drove from a Fairfax County building to an esthetician for an appointment. I noticed an unknown vehicle following me. I took evasive maneuvers to test the driver. I exited at the last minute—the vehicle exited at the last minute. I moved into a lane at the last minute—it moved into a lane at the last minute. To drop the vehicle, I took a right turn at the last minute. I reported this incident to the Fairfax County police.
