During various times, a hand towel placed on the oven handle was regularly found on the ground upon my return to the apartment. I tested the theory that the living room fan's wind could have caused it to fall. The fan's wind was not strong enough. I was forced to slide it into a crevice between the oven and cabinet. The repeated displacement—defying physics—was another calling card of entry.
