In September 2024, mail was delivered to an incorrect unit. Multiple pods in the apartment complex had the same unit number (403). I contacted the company, provided a photo of the correct apartment unit. I worked with the apartment leasing office who contacted the entire apartment unit indicating incorrect delivery. The company refused to refund the $800+ amount claiming I received the products. Person I formerly had a long-term relationship with is highly aware I am an avid user of the products exclusively over multiple decades. I purchased men's items for him to use. The financial loss and the company's refusal to refund despite significant evidence added injury to the ongoing interference.
