On September 11, 2024, I called AARP to request a mail stop. I recognized the voice as the person who claimed to represent USAA twice before. I immediately disconnected the call. Before then I called Marriott at home about the abuse I was experiencing related to being able to access my credit card. I called AARP after that call ended only for the call to abruptly end. The same impostor was now answering calls meant for multiple different companies—USAA, AARP, and possibly Marriott.
