In summer 2024, multiple calls were suddenly disconnected. The phone's screens would change. I returned multiple phones, carried some with me, called Cox to troubleshoot, went into the store to do the same, yet still continued to experience phone call manipulation and talk to fake businesses. I experienced similar problems when calling from my family's San Diego house in 2025. No amount of equipment replacement or technical support resolved the issue—the interference was happening at the network level, not the device level.
