Full Narrative

In summer/fall 2024, I was locked out of my USAA account. I called several occasions to rectify the situation. One person said that someone from Washington State called on August 22 to access the account. Not true. I had been locked out because I did not answer the security questions accurately. The false explanation—that someone else had called—suggested either my call was intercepted or the representative was feeding me misinformation about unauthorized access attempts.
