In July 2024, I tried to access it at my therapist's office. The VPN access icon is red (fail) or green (pass). In this instance, the icon was gray. I repeatedly tried to access VPN to no avail. I turned off the computer. I deleted and downloaded the app. This had never happened before. I was unable to use VPN for several months. My privacy protection was disabled exactly when I needed it most, leaving my internet activity exposed.
