In summer 2024, I carried a document folder with me wherever I went to prevent the person I formerly had a long-term relationship with and his accomplices from accessing it. Despite my precautions, the folder had been removed from my vehicle and placed on a table in the loft. The precision of this move—from car to a specific location in my apartment—coordination appeared to occur to demonstrate collaborative access to both spaces and intimate knowledge of what I was trying to protect.
