Full Narrative

At the end of September 2024, I drove home from the Dulles Airport area. The next day I discovered another flat tire and took it to Springfield Costco Tire, the same location as before. Upon inspection, the technician indicated that someone had slashed my tire—the cut was between ridges with straight edges, unmistakably deliberate. I contacted Fairfax County police that day to file a report. These two days also coincided with when I was scheduled to visit the Fairfax County library and spend time with the librarian leading those sessions. She had advocated for me before and we were on friendly terms. This action may have been purposely done to further isolate me from becoming friends with her and having her as part of my support network.
